Inspiration Library
Choose Inspiration in the top navigation to open the Inspiration Library. It contains published ecommerce main images you can use as composition references.
Find and view images
Type a product name to search; there is no separate search button. Select one or more categories to filter the results, then click an image to open the larger view.
Depending on the information recorded for the image, the sidebar shows its source, ASIN, date added, and actions such as Download image.
When related images are available to you, the sidebar shows Other images with this ASIN. Click a thumbnail to switch images and check the source marketplace and date added.
The date added records when an image entered the library, not when an Amazon main image was published or replaced. Images with the same ASIN are not a verified history of a product's image versions.
Create a similar composition
- Open a published image and click Create similar.
- In the canvas that opens, add your own product image to ① Upload my product image.
- Review ② Inspiration reference and Editable prompt. Your product image defines the product's identity; the inspiration image guides composition, space, and lighting.
- Edit the prompt to reflect the actual quantity, accessories, packaging, and branding, then run the Create a similar composition node.
This prepares reference assets and an editable canvas. It does not start generation or automatically create a saved canvas record. See Canvas and saving to keep the workflow.
Upload one image
Accounts with upload permission can see Upload image and Batch import. If these buttons are missing, ask an administrator for access.
- Click Upload image, or drop one image onto the library page.
- Choose an image and enter the product name, one primary category, and an ASIN or product URL.
- If needed, expand Image processing (optional). By default, processing keeps the full composition and adds padding to make a square image. You can also crop it manually.
- Choose Save draft, or Save and submit when the details are complete. After submission, wait for an administrator to review it.
Original images can be JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 25 MiB and 24 megapixels each. Neither side may exceed 12,000 pixels. A draft can omit its category and source, but both are required before submission.
Entering only a 10-character alphanumeric ASIN creates an Amazon US product URL. For other marketplaces, enter the full product URL.
Understand duplicate notices
Identical file content is rejected. The system compares hashes of the original file content, so renaming a file does not bypass the check. A single upload reports that the image already exists. A batch marks the row Skipped: image already exists, continues with later rows, and counts skipped images separately.
The same ASIN triggers a notice, but you can continue. The dialog shows existing thumbnails, dates added, and marketplaces. If you want to keep this image, choose Save and submit anyway or the equivalent action. Go back keeps your form intact. Changing the source or image requires another check.
If the ASIN check cannot be completed, the interface explains this. You can go back and retry, or explicitly choose to continue. Identical files are still rejected.
Submit an Excel batch
- Open Batch import and download the template.
- Fill in the image filename, category, product name, and ASIN / source URL. Select the image files separately; do not embed them in Excel.
- Select images or a folder, then import the spreadsheet. Subfolders are included. If images have duplicate filenames, rename them and update the spreadsheet first.
- Review each row and correct missing images, invalid categories, or source errors. Uploads begin only after all checks pass.
- If an ASIN notice appears, confirm the batch before continuing with Import and submit for review.
A batch can contain up to 100 images totaling no more than 200 MiB. The Excel file can be up to 5 MiB. Batch processing produces 1024 × 1024 WebP images at quality 85, keeping the full composition with white padding.
After a failure, use Retry unfinished in the same dialog to continue confirmed records. Completed and duplicate-skipped rows are not uploaded again. If a row says Upload needs verification, check My submissions before importing the whole batch again. See Troubleshooting for more help.
